Shipping
Nordic countries: 2–4 business days, free on all orders.
Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days.
International: 7–14 business days.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@gems.example with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
Exchanges
Since GEMS Noir is currently offered in a single colorway, exchanges are limited to replacing defective items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
